All-New cPanel University is arriving March 18th
We’re excited to announce that cPanel University is undergoing a significant upgrade! As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, cPU will soon be hosted on a modern platform designed exclusively to offer a better learning experience with a sleek new design and faster feature rollouts.
This migration is scheduled for March 18th between 9 AM and 3 PM UTC-5.
What's new?
- A Better Learning Experience: We’ve listened to your feedback and reimagined cPanel University to be more intuitive, engaging, and accessible with a better course structure, easier navigation, and enhanced progress tracking.
- Fresh, Modern Design: The new platform offers a sleek, responsive interface that is dedicated to providing an excellent learning experience across all devices, with a design crafted by our Learning & Development team using the Moodle platform.
- Faster Innovation and Feature Rollouts: Expect quicker implementation of updates, more frequent course additions, and interactive features, ensuring cPU keeps pace with the evolving web hosting industry.
- Refreshed Learning Offerings: An updated Partner Technical Support training is coming soon, along with a more robust cPanel Certified Partner certification experience.
Course progress will not be migrated
Any user currently in the middle of a course or exam, e.g., Partner Certification, will lose their progress once the new platform goes live. We strongly recommend finishing any courses or exams before March 18th to avoid losing work.
Accessing your account post migration
After the migration, you will need to reset your password at https://university.cpanel.net/reset-password/ in order to access cPanel University on the new platform. Following this, your email address and password can be used to log in.

cPanel Certified Partner Program
The cPanel Certified Partner Program gives cPanel Partners an opportunity to acquire an esteemed accreditation, displayed prominently alongside their company's name in the cPanel Partner Directory. cPanel Certified Partners will receive a high-resolution certificate digital badge to represent their new status. These partners will also have their support requests automatically escalated to cPanel's Ultra Priority Technical Support queue.
